Located at the quiet north end of Sandbridge, this casual, airy and uncluttered beach retreat boasts a spacious modern kitchen your family chef will love, French doors off 2 upper bedrooms and a great deck off the screened porch (made of cool-touch composite decking) that extends the length of the house...there's even a peek of ocean view! You'll love the pool, offering hours of family fun! Lower level (with outside access only) features a great Teen Bedroom with Foosball Table, TV and Full Bath.

Under the house we have created a play area for hot days and warm summer evenings. A regulation size Corn Hole course complete with fans to keep you cool and lighting so you can compete into the night. Bystanders and the next players have watch and wait area seating. Some lucky person can watch from the hammock. The ping pong table has plenty of play area and, with its night time lighting, allows for hours of family fun. The lower social deck area has table and chairs under a fan for an intimate beverage and conversation with family and friends whatever the weather.
