Style, grace and comfort is what your luxury beach vacation is all about. The Regency North offers three stories of windows and sliders to let in those amazing oceanviews and an elevator to make it easier to enjoy it all!

From the moment you enter, you’ll be awed by the gleaming porcelain tile that adorns the foyer and continues through the living area and kitchenette, all the way to the wall of glass and that beautiful view. This area features a sectional sofa and large screen TV plus a commercial icemaker in the kitchenette. An additional full kitchen is off the indoor pool and offers a stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and sink, allowing you to enjoy a meal poolside. This level is full of fun with a theater room that offers stadium seating to enjoy a movie and an arcade room with several full -size arcade games.

Four bedrooms with spa-quality private baths grace this level – two king suites and two suites with two queens in each, all feature tub/shower combos in the baths. A full bath is also available by the pool.

Outside, this level offers your private outdoor swimming pool with plenty of decking for lounging in the sun and a private gate that accesses a path to the beach. The indoor pool room is also located on this level and has doors that access the first floor kitchen to make poolside snacking and dining a breeze.

The second level features the main living and dining spaces but also includes some fun. The living room is oceanside with a wall of windows to enjoy that gorgeous view and a TV for family movie watching. A huge dining table plus a smaller table and stools at the breakfast bar will easily seat the whole family. The large gourmet kitchen offers two full size refrigerators, two gas stoves, two microwaves, a center island with a sink for additional work space and a peninsula with a sink and two dishwashers. The streetside of the house features a pub style Sports bar area with a TV, a bar fridge, sink, ice machine, a multi-pitcher margarita machine and an electronic game.

The second level offers one king suite featuring a tiled shower with two rain shower heads.

Outside, this level features a covered deck that’s a perfect perch with your cup of coffee to watch the sunrise or the dolphins play. The open deck area also offers a spot to soak up some sun.

When you need a little peace and quiet from the rest of the family, the third level offers a den getaway for reading a book or sneaking in a nap. This level features seven bedrooms – one king suite with tiled shower and two rain heads, two king suites with tub/shower combos, two suites with two queen beds and tub/shower combos, two suites with two twin over double bunks – both with a shower stalls.

All bedrooms provide TVs, laundry rooms are located on the 1st and 3rd floors and half baths are located in the 1st and 2nd floor common areas.

This is the only section of Sandbridge that has City provided life guards from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
