The gourmet kitchen is well stocked with everything you need from stainless steel appliances to all the cooking essentials. The gleaming granite countertops span the length of the kitchen, and there is even a kitchen breakfast bar for additional dining space. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, which offers room for the whole family to enjoy delicious meals together.

The spacious living room features beachy decor, LVP floors, and a spacious living space which makes this room the social hub for your stay…grab some popcorn and have a movie night or spend the evening catching up after the year apart.

The main suite features a King bed and private bath. Sliding doors lead to the balcony overlooking the homes of Sandbridge which offers a great space for unwinding and taking in that sea breeze. A bedroom with a Twin and a Twin over Double Bunk can be found in the second bedroom and the third room features a King bed. The hall bath is conveniently located near the second and third bedrooms as is the laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The Sanctuary offers 3 swimming pools, hot tub (off season), clubhouse, exercise room and library. This condo is conveniently located near Jose Tequila, so take the night off and enjoy a meal with the whole family. Next door is Little Island Park with its Fishing Pier, Playground, Tennis, Pickleball, and Basketball Courts, and lifeguarded beach (summer season) for swimming, surfing and paddle boarding. Bring or rent bikes or kayaks to explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge.
