Sandcastle is not just a house on the beach, it is a true beach house! The beach theme is carried throughout beautifully, starting with the shiplap hallway and painted ceilings to the incredible kitchen with glass knobs and plantation shutters.

The HUGE kitchen is a chef's dream with stainless steel appliances, tons of cabinet space, and an expansive counter for meal prep. The wide open Great Room provides a great space for friends and family to gather where the kitchen, living room, and dining space all overlap with plenty of room for everyone. Meanwhile, views of the water are never more than a head turn away through a wall of Oceanside windows.

The main level features 3 bedrooms - the Oceanside king master bedroom features an ensuite bath with two sinks, a jetted tub, and separate shower. On the other side of the living room, there's a hall full bath situated between a second Oceanside king bedroom and a bedroom with a twin and a double bed.

Downstairs, there's a den area with a queen sofabed, a third king bedroom with an ensuite bath, a bedroom with two queens that features a glass door to access the deck, and a hall full bath. you'll love the outdoor living space on the downstairs covered deck that includes a wicker sectional, TV, mini-fridge and ceiling fans to keep the area comfortable.

We have filled the house with some of our favorite board games, books, and movies for you to enjoy (please leave us recommendations in return!) There is a great screened-in porch (perfect for card games!), 5 TVs (with HBO), and lots of beautiful knickknacks for you to enjoy! (Our favorite is a blue whale that reads "Where memories are made").

Outside, the large deck is the perfect place to relax and watch the dolphins go by. Down below you'll find a beautiful, saltwater pool with depths great for kids and adults alike. There are plenty of pool and beach games to keep your party busy while you're not in the ocean. Most importantly, when you're done building sandcastles for the day, there is an outdoor shower (with hot water) for cleaning off on your return home - your real-life Sandcastle awaits!

The maximum sleeping limit for this property is 14.
