There’s also a spacious den at the center of this level with a queen pullout sofa. A half bathroom and laundry closet are also featured on this floor. Sliding glass doors off the den lead to a wrap around deck and stairs leading down to the ground level.
On the third floor, an open floor plan offers views of the Atlantic Ocean from a spacious and inviting family room, a well-equipped gourmet kitchen with long center island, and 2 distinct dining areas that are a great gathering spot for meals and memories. Sliding glass doors off the family room and dining areas lead to decks on both the front and back of the house. This level also has a half bathroom and 3 more king bedrooms with private bathrooms, one of which features its own private balcony.
After a day on the beach, relax in the hot tub, take a dip in the pool, play corn hole, enjoy a drink at the outdoor bar or just soak in the ocean breeze from one of the many decks. Two private outdoor showers and a half bathroom are also located by the outdoor bar.
