One queen bedroom features an ensuite and a second queen bedroom has a private entrance to a shared hall entry bath. Two additional bedrooms are connected by a jack and jill bath, one queen bedroom and one twin over twin bedroom, perfect for a family with younger kids.
The second floor features a large great room area that includes a seating space for TV viewing, a second seating area for enjoying the canal view, an open dining space with large table and a spacious kitchen with an island and a peninsula for meal prep. An abundance of windows and sliders make the area bright and allow access to the upper deck and screened porch. Three bedrooms on this level include a king with ensuite bath, a queen with shared bath access and a bunk room with two triple bunk beds. All bedrooms include a TV. Laundry room includes a high efficiency washer – please use HE detergent.
Your own private swimming pool and a pool cabana add to the relaxation and fun. Enjoy cool beverages from the cabana refrigerator while you grill up dinner and share a family meal outdoors. After dinner, enjoy a game of corn hole or try some fishing from the dock. Bring or rent kayaks and take the family on an excursion around Back Bay.
