With its nicely landscaped grounds, this 9 bedroom getaway welcomes vacationers to a world of comfortable relaxation. You'll love having 2 relaxing living areas (one upstairs and one down) featuring beachy accents and plenty of natural light. The spacious Den on the first level has a large bar area that is ideal for entertaining as well as a comfortable seating area. The upstairs Great Room features leather furniture and a 65" Smart TV that's great for streaming family movies! Fireplace is decorative only.

You'll love the kitchen with its generous amount of cabinets and granite countertops, plus stainless steel appliances. It also includes a reconfigured island, 2 extra large refrigerators, double oven, 2 dishwashers, and two dining tables and chairs.

Eight bedrooms have TVs (no TV in bunk room) and five have king beds. Six bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Four bedrooms face the ocean, two on each floor, and have sliding glass doors that lead to the huge outdoor deck area.

Take in the fantastic panoramic ocean views from the East sundeck that spans the house's width while enjoying your morning coffee.

Outside, there's a gorgeous 16.5' X 32.5' Grecian Swimming Pool with 8' sun ledge, and plenty of decking for lounging to soak up the sun. The 7 person Hot Tub is a great addition and is perfectly located under the extended deck to offer some sun and shade! The poolside pergola is a great evening hangout with its bistro lights and loungers. Or, try the covered pool deck with its enclosed lounge area and bar top. There’s also an Astroturf game area - fun for cornhole.

Updates for 2022 include: The SE queen bedroom has been converted to a King bedroom. 2 ensuite bathrooms, downstairs SE and SW bedrooms, were completely renovated with new tile, glass enclosed showers, granite and marble sinks. The NE King bed and the SW queen bed downstairs were both replaced. Installed 3 new ceiling fans in downstairs king rooms and queen ensuite room to keep you cool and comfortable. Dressers and closets were updated. New rug in 4 bedrooms on main level. Updated outdoor shower.

New for 2023: Totally updated bunk room with new carpet, furniture and bedding. New Washer and Dryer.

There’s ample parking for 9 cars so this is the PERFECT HOUSE for a family reunion or vacation. Best of all, you'll love being at the secluded North End of the beach where the traffic is minimal and the beach is the best!
