The private pool is a favorite with children and adults alike. There are plenty of pool toys for the kids and adults can take turns soaking up the sun on the pool's tanning ledge. The outdoor shower comes in handy after a long day at the beach or after a dip in the pool.
Want some "alone time"? You can always retreat to one of four decks or the enclosed porch with a good book from the "take-one, leave-one" book collection. The first floor den gives the kids some space of their own to watch TV or play games. Enjoy activities for the whole family in the recreation room complete with a ping pong table, shoot some hoops out front, or play volleyball or corn hole on the sandy court area.
