The second floor features a Gathering/Living Room which includes an 80" TV with Surround Sound, fireplace (decorative only) and gorgeous ocean views; a Billiards Room; a Parlour/Reading Room, also with ocean views, is the spot for curling up with a good book. The well-stocked kitchen is well designed with large center island, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including two refrigerators, two stoves and two dishwashers. The open dining area offers seating for your whole group!

The third floor features a Gathering/Living Room with wetbar plus four King Suites with private baths and covered decks to take advantage of the premier ocean views.

Outside, there's a two story Oceanside Gazebo with panoramic views and a shady place to enjoy the ocean breezes. The poolside kitchen makes snacking or even a complete meal a breeze with its refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and one charcoal and two gas grills.

Amenities abound so there's always something to do! Enjoy foosball and billiards... and of course, the Indoor Pool and Sauna...even on a rainy day. On those glorious sunny days, lounge around the Outdoor Pool to soak up some rays and then take a refreshing dip...the water's fine!
