Upon entering the great room on the top level, waterfront views flood through a wall of sliding doors. Comfortable seating is furnished in multiple living areas, perfect for gazing the bay, watching TV with the family, or engaging with activity in the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and bright with plenty of counter space and multiple appliances to assist with storing food, preparing meals, and cleaning up. There is a large dining table and countertop seating close by to compile different seating arrangements. Access to the bayside deck is directly off the living area to enjoy a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage while taking in the vibrant sunsets (deck awning not available for guest use). An exquisite master bedroom presides on the upper level with impressive ensuite, king bed, television, outdoor deck access, and spacious quarters. There’s also a second king-sized bedroom with a twin daybed cubby ideal for children.

The ground floor features two additional bedrooms and one shared full bathroom, along with an entertainment/game area complete with two twin-sized pull-out chairs, a convertible pool/ping-pong table, television, and sliding doors to the deck. A queen bed in the first room allows access to the lower outdoor deck. The second room offers a twin bunk and a door to the Jack-and-Jill bathroom. A spacious laundry room with a high efficiency washer (please bring HE detergent), storage area, and full size refrigerator are also located on the lower level.

The backyard is an outdoor oasis with a private pool, lower lighted deck, level grass yard for games and pets, as well as ample dock space to anchor your pontoon boat or utilize the floating dock that can accommodate up to an 18-foot boat or PWC. Explore the Back Bay area utilizing the complimentary kayaks and canoe provided.
