The two bedrooms on this floor share a common full bathroom located off the living space.

Head up the stairs to find the main living space with an updated kitchen, comfortable dining space, and access to the generous deck overlooking the pool area. Grab your morning coffee and enjoy this deck with your favorite book or spend some time enjoying the beauty of Sandbridge while catching up with your family members. You can also find a room featuring a Double bed with a private bathroom.

As you head up another flight of stairs on one side of the kitchen, you will find the private Master Suite with high ceilings, expansive closets, and a bathroom featuring double sinks, a jetted tub, and a shower perfect for unwinding after a long day playing in the waves. This bedroom has its own balcony so you can have your own personal oasis while taking in the warm sea breeze. On the other side of the kitchen, you will find an additional staircase that leads to the final three bedrooms at the home. One bedroom features a double bed with an incredible view overlooking the serenity of Back Bay – the perfect bedroom if you love to watch gorgeous sunsets.
