The Annual Norfolk Harborfest® is THE LARGEST, LONGEST-RUNNING, FREE MARITIME FESTIVAL IN THE NATION! Hosted by Global AT&T and held in Town Point Park along the Downtown Norfolk Waterfront, the Norfolk Harborfest offers three explosive days of tall ship visits, national, regional, and local entertainment, electrifying fireworks show, and the biggest outdoor dock party in Hampton Roads. Harborfest is also proud to honor the Navy Reserve Centennial with a special recognition ceremony prior to Saturday night’s Fireworks. The city’s kick off to the Memorial Day Weekend is with this family friendly country fair. The highlight of the festival is, of course, an abundant supply of scrumptious strawberries straight from the fields of Pungo. More than 50 food vendors will do their best to tempt the taste buds with an assortment of strawberry pies, tarts, shortcakes, jellies & jams.

8th Annual “Warbirds Over the Beach” at the Military Aviation Museum

 

Siebert Realty is a proud sponsor of the “Warbirds Over the Beach” in the rural area of Pungo, which is just minutes from Sandbridge Beach.  The Military Aviation Museum presents its annual WWII Air Show, so come on out and enjoy this amazing show, as well as live WWII re-enactments, military flea markets, airplane rides, delicious dinners, fun hangar dances, and great family entertainment! Among the stars of the show will be the world’s only de Havilland DH.98 Mosquito to fly since 1996!  Schedule yourself a ride in an airplane from the Second World War, satisfy your hunger at our assorted food vendors, or shop our military flea markets.  Enjoy musical entertainment, from 10:00am on Saturday and Sunday, plus a steak or chicken dinner and hangar dance Saturday night. All four of our hangars will be open for guided tours.
