Short Stays (less than 7 nights) have a 3 night minimum and are accepted for 2013 for arrival on 1/1/2013-5/25/2013 & 9/21/2013-12/31/2013 ONLY. Short Stays are also accepted for arrival on 5/25/13-6/8/13 & 9/21/13-10/12/13 two weeks prior to arrival with the Owner's approval.

Repeat Guests    As a courtesy to our repeat guests, beginning January 2, 2013, if you have a confirmed 2013 reservation (with 50% paid) you may call and reserve the same house and week for 2014. Simply give us your 2013 reservation lease number when you call.(Guests with an Easter Week reservation may reserve Easter Week for the following year even when it is a different week.)

General Public    Beginning June 1, 2013, on a first-come, first-serve basis, you can reserve any beach home or condo for a week in 2014.

Early Reservations Payment Options    If the 2014 rate is known at the time the reservation is placed, you have the option to pay either a $100 "Holding Fee" (to hold the reservation until September 10, 2013 and pay the 1st deposit) or to pay 1st deposit (50% of the rent) within 5 days. The $100 fee is optional and will be applied towards the rent. Due to the high demand for our rentals, if a payment is not received within 5 days (either 1st Deposit or $100 fee), the reservation will automatically be cancelled without further notice.

Reservation Information

Payments: After placing your reservation you must remit at least 50% of the Rental Amount + Reservation Fee + Accidental Damage Protection Fee (+ Optional Travel Insurance). You will have five (5) days to return a signed copy of your lease along with your payment or your reservation will automatically be cancelled without further notice. Your final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. This payment includes: The Balance of Rent + Taxes.

Method of Payment: To confirm your reservation, we accept Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Wire Transfers, and online payments via Credit Cards (MC / VISA / DISCOVER) or Electronic Check. Payments must be received by the due date indicated on your lease agreement. If paying by Credit Card or Electronic Checking, click on the Make A Payment box on our home page at www.siebert-realty.com. Credit Cards are processed by a third party who charges a fee of $49.95 for each Credit Card transaction (fee subject to change). Personal Checks are accepted only when payment is received 30 days prior to arrival. $30 will be charged for all returned checks. If you prefer to wire funds directly from your account, please contact our Rental Department. "*For Canadian Overseas Guests paying by Check, please make sure it is drawn on a U.S. Bank, or certified US. Funds, and that it has U.S. funds printed on the check (not hand- written). You may also utilize the wire transfer method mentioned above.

Last Minute Rentals: If you place a reservation less than 40 days from arrival, the Total Balance is due in full and must be Certified U.S. Funds: Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Credit Card Online (MC / VISA / DISCOVER). Your payment must be received by the following due dates: Reservations placed: 40 - 22 days from arrival: Certified funds due within 2 Days. Reservations placed: 22 days or less from arrival: Certified funds due within 1 Day (Overnight Express)

Accidental Damage Protection: The Accidental Damage Protection Program is not optional and is required on all rentals 21 days or less. The fee for this program will be listed on your lease. This program eliminates the need to pay a large Security Deposit up front and protects you in the event of loss or damage to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party; however, it does not cover damage as a result of negligence or willful and wanton conduct. You must notify our office of any damage or loss during your occupancy and receive a written copy of your report. Please review the "Accidental Damage Protection Program" section of the Terms & Conditions, which is part of your lease agreement.

Optional Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance is an optional program, and a Travel Insurance brochure will be sent along with your lease. You will notice the Travel lnsurance Fee listed on your lease, so simply indicate if you would prefer to purchase it or not. This insurance covers cancellations due to "unforeseen circumstances" such as unexpected illnesses, deaths, or mandatory evacuations in the event of a hurricane. Once again, this plan is completely optional and should be purchased when making your first payment. If you have questions, call CSATravel lnsurance directly at 866-999-4018.

Pets: Most properties do not accept pets. However, those that do are indicated with a pet icon & require a non-refundable pet fee of $100 (for each pet / limit - 2 pets) to aid in cleaning/fumigation expenses. No pets are allowed without Agent's specific written approval in advance & pet fee paid. Any unauthorized pet on premises shall result in automatic forfeiture of all monies paid and immediate eviction without refund. Pets must be kept on cottage premises. City ordinance prohibits pets being walked without a leash or running loose on beach. From Memorial Day to Labor Day pets are only allowed on the beach before 10am and after 6pm. Please clean up and dispose of any mess your pet makes on the beach as well as around the rental property. All tenants, including pets, should be cognizant of the efforts in keeping Sandbridge a peaceful community, please keep noise down after 10 PM.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be in writing. All monies paid by guest, less a cancellation fee of 18% of the total rent plus any non-refundable fees, will be refunded ONLY IF the property is re-rented for the same rate and time. If the property is not re-rented, guest will not receive a refund regardless of the reason. Any change or transfer on a confirmed reservation will be subject to a $40 transfer fee provided the original reservation is re-rented for same rate and time. A Travel Protection Plan (Cancellation Insurance) is available and highly recommended.
