 RULES & REGULATIONS
PARKING GARAGE Each Condo Unit has a specified number of parking spaces in the garage (1 or 2 spaces). Please use the designated “numbered” location for your unit. There are 25 visitor spaces available if you need an additional space. Vehicles parked in unauthorized reserved areas may be towed. IMPORTANT: Oversized vehicles or vehicles with a luggage rack or carriers are not permitted in the parking garage. There is a maximum 6’8” height requirement. Please use caution if you are unsure of your car height as it will scrape the garage ceiling and can damage the sprinkler system. ELEVATORS There are two elevators at Sandbridge Dunes. One is located at the SE corner and one at the NW corner. FITNESS ROOM The fitness room is for your enjoyment and use. Children under 16 are not allowed to use the equipment. Guests between the ages of 16 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult while using the equipment. POOL AREA – CLOSES AT 11 pm All Pool rules and regulations are clearly posted in the pool area. No glass containers are allowed around the pool for safety reasons. In consideration of others, please clean up after yourself and your children. There is no lifeguard on duty at anytime, therefore, please use the pool at your own risk. Never leave small children or non-swimmers unattended. GAS GRILLS Charcoal or gas grills are not allowed inside or on the balconies of any condominium unit and is a violation of the Commonwealth of Virginia law. TRASH Please place all trash and unit debris inside the dumpsters located at the NW corner of the complex. Be sure all trash is removed from your condo unit on checkout day. SMOKING The planters around the complex are not to be used as ashtrays. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the proper containers. Also, please refrain from throwing cigarette butts off balconies, as this may pose a hazard to pedestrians and/or the complex itself (fire). NO PETS According to the association, No Pets are allowed in condo units. COMMON AREAS Please keep shoes, boogie boards, coolers, beach wagons, etc. out of the walkways outside your unit. Any items left in common area may be picked up and removed to keep pathways cleared. Please refrain from placing towels, garments, etc. over any exterior balcony railing. COURTESY Keep in mind that Sandbridge Dunes Condominiums is not a hotel and that year round owners reside on the property. Please be considerate and refrain from loud noises and/or music that may disturb other residents. Have a wonderful stay!
